Below you’ll find our shipping and returns policies and frequently asked questions. Once orders are made, they can’t be cancelled or altered. Make sure the correct color and size is selected.

SHIPPING

We ship weekdays. Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days for delivery. You should receive an email with the tracking information when your order has shipped.

My Bella Capri is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once USPS is in possession of a package. Please contact your local post office or USPS online with questions regarding shipment tracking.

RETURNS

All sale and clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returnable items (see ineligible items below) can be returned for store credit/gift card within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, tags still on and in the same original package. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form below. If no form is included with your return, the return won’t be accepted and you will have to pay for shipping to get the product back.

Once received, all returns will be processed, and refunds/credits will be processed.

You are held responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you get a tracking number for the return package.

Please check your order immediately after receiving it. We don’t process returns after 14 days of receiving the item.

My Bella Capri will process all returns within 5-10 days of receiving them. Store credits will be issued during those 10 days.

Non-returnable items: Swimsuits, bralettes, jewelry

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently at this time, we are not offering International delivery except to Canada and Mexico, but that may change in the near future.

 

How do I return an item?

 

When you receive your package, there will be a return slip inside. Make sure you fill out correctly and you complete all information. Return the slip with Items unwashed, unworn, undamaged, tags still on and in the same original package.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We do returns for store credit on most items. Please see Returns Policy above.

 

How do I track my order?

 

You'll receive an email with your tracking number information after your order is processed and shipped.
